365 Days Return Policy:
Izzz's 365 days return and refund policy is easy and simple:
1. Products must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date.
2. The product must be unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
3. If the product is defective kindly Contact Us. We will sent you a reply paid address. Place the product in a plain satchel and write the address on it. Drop the article at your nearest post box. We will send you a replacement product if available in stock.
4. If the product is not defective but you would like to exchange or return the product, No worries! Just post the article back to our address :

5. Once we receive the products our Returns Management team will inspect them ( within 72 hours). After the product has been checked, the refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges) and a credit will be issued to your credit card* or your bank account, depending on your original payment method, within 7 days.
* Please Note refunds to credit card accounts may take an additional 2-10 business days depending on your credit company, after your credit has been issued, to show up in your account .
