365 Days Return Policy:

Izzz's 365 days return and refund policy is easy and simple:

Products must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date.

If the product is defective kindly Contact Us. We will send you a reply paid address. Place the product in a plain satchel and write the address on it. Drop the article at your nearest post box. We will send you a replacement product if available in stock.

If the product is not defective but you would like to exchange or return, the product must not be used, in its original packing and in ready to sale condition. Post the article back to our address as below:

Once we receive the products our Returns Management team will inspect them ( within 72 hours). After the product has been checked, the refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges) and a credit will be issued to your credit card* or your bank account, depending on your original payment method, within 7 days. Returns may attract repacking fee of 10%-30% if the products are not packed properly.
